About the HR Generalist role

In the role of HR Generalist, you will work consultatively and broadly with HR issues. You will support managers and employees, drive and improve HR processes, and contribute to creating value in an organization that is on an exciting journey of change. The role involves broad contact areas and work in several HR systems and digital platforms - which gives you the opportunity to develop both your skills and working methods.

Examples of tasks

• Provide consultative support to managers on HR issues
• Drive and develop HR processes
• Interpret and apply labor law and collective agreements
• Participate in change projects and development initiatives

Who are you?

You have a relevant university degree with a focus on HR and preferably a few years of experience in broad HR work. We believe that you have the ability to independently plan, drive, and follow up on issues - while being good at building relationships and enjoying working collaboratively with others.

You value diversity in teamwork and thrive on contributing to an inclusive work environment. You enjoy working with change and have the perseverance to follow through on processes. Your communication skills are good, both verbally and in writing, and you can adapt your communication style to different target groups.

Summary:

• Relevant university degree in HR/Human Resources
• Several years of experience in broad HR work
• Self-driven and trustworthy
• Good communication skills in speech and writing
• Driver's license B (requirement)
